1. How is the payment procedure?
In order to confirm your booking, a prepayment of 25% of the total price is necessary. The balance is due in cash upon arrival. For the prepayment there are three options: 1) through credit card online: just follow the menue description after a click on “reservation”. (It is a safe (https) connection between you and the banking system. We do not see the details at any time) 2) through bank transfer; pls send the bank payment receipt by fax to Athome S.L (+34 935 555 031) 3) on the telephone
2. How to proceed to book an apartment?
First Step: A) The fastest way is to introduce the trip data (arrival and departure date, number of people and – if wanted – the price) in the foreseen mask and click on “search”. We will show you all available apartments according to the criterias selected by you. B) You click on “all apartments” and select the one you like most. 2nd Step: Clicking on the photograph or the “details” button you will see more details of the apartment. By introducing the travel data into the mask and clicking on “modify” the total price will be calculated. If you agree and want to book 3rd Step: you enter the data below, select the payement term, click on the rent condition and then you enter the credit card details. You will receive a printable proof and a confirmation mail. It does not take more than 2 minutes.
3. How can I get to the apartment keys?
Your contact person will handover the keys and show you the apartment upon your arrival.
